Sinopsis
We are graduate students in the Department of Language and Literacy Education at the University of British Columbia. Thanks to the departments support, we have come together to explore multimodality in all its forms. As students and educators, we are interested in the ways people engage in multimodal communication and expression across a range of activities. We are also curious about how different ways of multimodal teaching and learning can build a better understanding of concepts and create a sense of community. We aim to encourage others to think outside the obvious box of multimodality and reflect upon their own practices to discover new ways of learning and sharing knowledge.Ultimately, we hope our podcasts will spark an interest within the education community and beyond.
